This park, in the City of San Marcos, had some unusual design constraints because of sloping topography and the majority of the site being within a San Diego Gas and Electric power line easement. The trees were specially selected to meet the regulations of SDG&E. One of the main features of this park is an enclosed Dog Park Area––the first dog park in San Marcos––complete with a dog drinking fountain and bag dispenser. Other amenities of this park may include a bicycle off-road area and basketball court. |
